The best netbook on the market - hands down
This is my first Mac I have ever owned, I've played on them occasionally in the past whilst walking past Apple before but I am a complete newbie with them, but wow. Ease of use is what I have to say.
Pros:
- Ease of use
- speed is just ridiculously fast
- great internet connection
- looks fantastic
Cons:
- Nothing that I can think of

Apple updates its smallest MacBook Air for 2012 with a speedier CPU and USB 3.0 ports, while retaining the design elements that make it an outstanding ultraportable. It faces more competition these days (from Windows ultrabooks), but it's still the best 11-inch laptop you can buy.
Pros:

- Familiar sleek and sturdy design
- Excellent keyboard for such a small and slim laptop
Cons:
- Not any thinner or lighter than last year's model
- Battery life a bit less than last year's model

I've been a keen Apple user since 1994 now, and I don't consider myself to be a particularly technically minded person - in other words, I feel that I am the core audience (no pun intended) for the company.

Great but the storage
i got the macbook air early this year it is fantastic really quick and super light but one thing is a put off, the storage!. seriously having a computer with 64GB Flash storage seriously! 64GB thats what computer 10 years ago had.

If you don't need quad-core processing power, but still require a stable, comfortable keyboard to do your writing, this year's refreshed Apple MacBook Air 11in (which starts at £849) might be the chariot you're looking for.
Pros:
- Thin and light
- Speedy enough with an Ivy Bridge CPU
- Nicely bright screen
- Smart multi-touch trackpad
Cons:
- Only middling battery life
- No SD card slot

Not ideal, but it's a start.
I didn't get this machine because it's easier to use than Windows. It's not.
Pros:
- Hardware
- no-maintenance software
- overall quality
Cons:
- Pathetic office software from Apple
- not as many key-hold tricks for quick writing editing

Awesome computer!
I don't know why anyone would down rate a laptop just because you can buy alternative parts and build a better one.
