Perfect camera for HD video
Absolutely love this little beauty - it's been my trusted HD camera for filming promotional videos for the past year and it's superb. Decent battery life (with a proper Canon battery) and light and compact enough to travel.
Canon EOS Rebel T6i EF-S 18-55mm IS STM Kit - Black (0591C003)
I'm no pro photographer, for what it's worth. I have two of these that I use for live-streaming... but some fun facts for you. Most DSLR's won't record more than 30 minutes of video due to international rules, regulations, and tariffs on what is considered a "video camera" (from what little research...
Canon EOS 750D Digital SLR Camera - 24.2MP (Black) with 18-55 STM Lens - 24.2 megapixel, ISO sensitivity: Auto ISO 100 - ISO 6400, 19 cross-type AF points for focusing, f/2.8 at...
UP: Really happy with the camera specially combined with the 50mm lens. Quick to process images and easy settings. Even for non experienced photographers is easy to use due to its automated settings.
Canon EOS Rebel T6i
While the latest entry in Canon's midrange consumer dSLR lineup doesn't inspire much excitement, that's not really the point of the EOS Rebel T6i (aka the 750D everywhere but the US).- The T6i performs much better than the models that preceded it and the design remains streamlined and functional
- Image quality and autofocus don't fare as well as they should in very low light
The Rebel T6i brings resolution and low-light performance in line with its 2015 peers. The 19-point, all cross-type AF system is a welcome upgrade to the line, but is limited in its coverage and isn't good at following subjects moving around the frame.
- 24.2MP sensor with low light performance similar to peers
- 19-point
- all cross-type AF system
- Hybrid AF with phase detect in live view
- 3" articulating touch screen
- Optical off-board flash control
- Wi-Fi with NFC
- Flicker detection
- Practically impossible to focus on moving subjects in live view
- Limited
- low-density AF point coverage across the frame
- Less sophisticated subject tracking in viewfinder shooting than many cameras
- Dynamic range still not as good as class leaders
- Unsophisticated Auto-ISO system with no exposure...
Canon EOS Rebel T6i Review
With photos, the T6i continues to exemplify what Canon's entry-level Rebels can do. Videos, however, still isn't a forte.- Excellent stills
- New 24-megapixel sensor
- Wi-Fi/NFC for sharing
- Fast response
- focusing
- 30p videos a bit humdrum
- Small viewfinder
- Wireless pairing could be improved
Canon announced new 750d
Canon continues to excite the photographer with yet another winner. We can't wait to get our stock as we believe this will be a big seller and produce great shots and great buy prices.
Canon EOS Rebel T6i
Canon took an interesting approach when it introduced the two newest cameras in its consumer-friendly Rebel SLR family. The EOS Rebel T6i ($749.99) and the EOS Rebel T6s are, from an imaging and performance standpoint, identical.- 19-point cross-type AF system
- 5fps continuous shooting
- 24-megapixel image sensor
- Vari-angle touch LCD
- Smooth video autofocus
- Wi-Fi
- Pentamirror viewfinder
- Limited buffer when shooting Raw
- Full HD video tops out at 30fps
Good old Canon
Enjoy using it,but find the battery has a short time before needing to be recharged, even with a spare it is a bit worrying if out for a days photographing!,,- Bright LCD
- Comfortable Controls
- Easy To Use
- Fast Shutter Speed
- Great Image Quality
- Strong Construction
- Heavy
Canon has done a tremendous job historically in the entry-level area of the DSLR camera market with its well-known Rebel line of cameras. The digital Rebels have been around for many years, and they still remain popular.
