HTC Desire C Review
Here we are at the end of another smartphone review, and this one has been a real eye opener in to the world of the ‘budget smartphone' because I have been truly surprised by how good the device is.

In the not too distant past the ‘Desire' range of smartphones from HTC were their flagship range, this was until MWC 2012 when HTC announced the excellent ‘One Series'. At that point I didn't think that we would see a Desire branded handset from HTC again, but to my utter surprise here I have the...

HTC Desire C review Review
The Desire C can be pocketed pretty cheaply, but even at this price there are more powerful alternatives vying for your cash. Just getting Ice Cream Sandwich -- or HTC throwing in stuff like NFC -- is not enough to compensate for the phone's many shortcomings, at least in my view.
Pros:
- Ice Cream Sandwich
- HTC Sense 4.0
- MicroSD card slot
Cons:
- Weak processor
- Small low-res screen
- Call volume is quite quiet

The HTC Desire C is an Android 4.0 smartphone with a 3.5-inch display and a 600MHz speed processor. It has a total storage of 4GB, and a 512MB RAM. There's also a microSD memory card slot. If you've got a memory card you can store photos, videos and music to share with the device.
Pros:
- The HTC Desire C is an entry-level phone, but HTC hasn't skimped on its design
- There are nice touches everywhere you look
- Even when you life the cover off, the red interior screams out as if to say "look at me." The cover is plastic, but the build quality is still great.
Cons:
- The display isn't at the same level of HTC's more stellar smartphones such as the HTC Desire One X
- Its 480 x 320 pixel display isn't as clear, or as bright, but still manages to cope adequately in bright conditions, but don't expect it to blow you away, The camera is fixed focus, which means you'll...

HTC Desire C quick review - Can Android 4.0 make up for last year's entry-level specs?
The HTC Desire C is a new entry-level Android smartphone from the prolific manufacturer. Featuring Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and HTC's Sense 4.0 interface, it shares a lot of similarities with last year's Wildfire S.

HTC Desire C
This does what its supposed to do as a basic entry level smartphone. However, with only a 600MHz processor the lag makes several tasks very frustrating. If you take photos, be prepared for poor photos that utilizes multiple light sources such as those photos occurring within a concert.
Pros:
- O/S and Price
Cons:
- Underpowered - Poor performance
- No flash for camera
- No front facing camera for Skype

HTC Desire C
HTC happened to have never had good sales in the low-end sector, although they have made a series of repeated attempts to consolidate some position in this very sector. Every year they produce new inexpensive handsets, while in 2010 they even surprised us with their decision to enter the market for...

HTC Desire C review
Until recently, Desire was the name HTC reserved for its best handsets. The HTC One series now takes that place, yet HTC has just sprung the little Desire C out of nowhere. It continues the Desire name for its smartphones, only this time at a lower budget.

HTC Desire C review
When HTC originally released the original HTC Desire, it was a game changer. A slick, classy design, great screen and lots of features, not to mention a deeply attractive overlay on top of the Android OS. Then came the HTC Desire S , the HTC Desire HD and now the HTC Desire C.
