HTC One V
The HTC One V hasn't had the same degree of attention that the One X or the One S have. As such, it's at risk of becoming the "other" phone, the one that gets ignored. But picking up the design of 2010's HTC Legend and offering a device for those who can't take the size of the larger brothers, the...
Pros:
- Compact
- nice design and construction
- latest software
- microSD card slot
Cons:
- Old hardware means it's a little slow
- some missing features could have been incorporated

HTC One V Review
The HTC One V is priced at Rs.17,500 (MOP). At this price tag, it competes with the likes of Sony Ericsson Neo V and the HTC Rhyme . The dual-core Xperia U is priced a little cheaper , but we'll reserve our comment on that phone till we review the unit.

HTC One V Review
HTC One V Review.HTC One V draws attention thanks to its protruding chin design, which is reminiscent of the HTC Legend. Unlike its elder siblings the One S and the One X, the device sports a comparably smaller 3.7-inch display, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Box contents:
Pros:
- Compact and lightweight
- Beautiful display
- Android 4.0
- Decent camera
Cons:
- Web browser needs more work
- Way too little internal storage
- Mediocre 720p video

The HTC One V is a very capable phone indeed, crammed with all features a smartphone owner could want. Its 1GHz processor means it isn't quite the standout device it could be but for a budget device the HTC One V does itself proud.
Pros:
- Like a lot of HTC smartphones the One V feels like a top quality bit if kit
- Its unibody design feels solid, reassuring and as if it would be resilient enough in the long term
- The ridged design feature that runs along the edge delivers a nice grip unlike some polycarbonate phones.
Cons:
- With dual-core and quad-core phones (such as the HTC One X) hitting the shops, or about to, the HTC One V's single core 1GHz processor is already beginning to feel dated
- Sure, it's quick enough, but not as quick as it could be in comparison to some of the phones we'll soon be lusting after such as...

Hot on the heels of the power-packed One X comes the relatively lower powered but also more pocket-friendly One V. Could the combination of decent hardware, new software and attractive price make this the turnaround vehicle for HTC in the country?

HTC One V
So I felt kind of left out when I realized that all these smartphones were coming out this year, and I still had a first generation smartphone. So I decided to get a new phone, The HTC One V.

HTC One V review
The HTC One V is simply the best budget Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone on the market. For a mere £200 you get a solid handset with a great screen, the latest software and reasonable hardware and reliable battery life.

HTC One V review
The HTC One V is very much the kid brother among the recent spate of HTC One handsets (the others are the HTC One X and HTC One S ), but its sights are very firmly set on the Android midrange.
Pros:
- Android 4.0 ICS
- excellent screen
- good spec for price
Cons:
- Processor struggles a bit when browsing
