Kirby Star Allies isn't the greatest game in the series, nor is it the most original. Yet, with its fun gameplay, ample content and modes, and gorgeous presentation, it remains an irresistible title for Switch owners.

A wonderfully chilled out platformer perfect for those who just want to relax, also perfect for those who want to game with a partner who doesn't normally game. The easy to master controls and cutesy visuals are peak Nintendo and, while the game isn't very challenging, sometimes that is what is...
Great game and a lot of fun especially been able to play with friends on the big screen definitely one of the best kirby games I've played and I've played from the beginning
I honestly couldn't tell you the last time that I've played a Kirby game, if at all. But if there's one thing that the Nintendo Switch has introduced me too, it's something a little different from the norm.
Slick 2.5D platforming; Beautiful and colourful visuals; Performs well both docked and in handheld; Relaxing; charming fun with up to four players
Easy difficulty may not be challenging enough for some
There's two different tracks that a new Kirby game can go down. For the last few years the majority of them have went down the "experimental" track, where game mechanics are reworked in unique and interesting ways to deliver something that might not be the best game out there, but it's usually...
Even though Kirby Star Allies does little to properly evolve the franchise, it's a joy to play, whether alone or with friends. While the allies mechanic isn't technically new, this iteration borrows the best elements from some of the best Kirby games that came before it, forming an experience that...
Adorable, pink, marshmallow-like Kirby, mascot of HAL Laboratory's Kirby series, has always been greedy. He unhinges his jaw, swallows enemies whole, and absorbs their powers. His latest adventure, Kirby Star Allies , offers a twist on that formula: Though he can still devour his foes and copy their...
A bit boring. Adorable artwork. Too much hand holding in the game Age demographic is for 4-7 years old. Way too easy for older age demographic. Pretty short levels with constant door opening. I wouldn't recommend it.
Kirby Star Allies brings the pink puffball to the Nintendo Switch. Check out Kidzworlds full review of the new game!
Charm; Accessible to players of any age; Co-Op
Kirby! That's a name you should know. He's the star of the show. Okay, while Kirby hasn't had an anime outing in many years, he's still lighting up the sky from Popstar (and in many cases, outer space) with frequent releases that always take what worked in the series and tweak it to make it even...
Every ability has a practical use; Great visually and musically; especially for a Kirby game; Competent AI that works better that any other computer controlled helper so far; Excellent extra modes
Friends make bosses way too easy; Length of a 3DS title at the cost of a Switch title; Sub-games are disappointing especially compared to Triple Deluxe and Planet Robobot
