Nice to be back to Logitech...
Had a wow mouse from steel series wore it out. So i decided i have most all of the other g series stuff. Just hooked it up a little while ago. Pros: Software is awesome.. I had g series equipment G35 and a G15. Didn't have to install any additional software..

Logitech G502 Proteus Core
After sending time with the G502 I can now see why Logitech changed things up and gave the G502 a name. The G502 is a special mouse that will most likely set the tone for Logitech mice years to come. Given its amazing performance in basically every aspect I can't really be upset about that either.

Logitech G502 Proteus Core Mouse Review
Having only been available for a few weeks, we're surprised by how many people have bought Logitech's new G502 Proteus Core and perhaps even more by the fact that few seem anything less than enthralled, whether by its style, specs or simply its badass name.
Pros:
- Between its comfortable layout
- 4K-friendly 12,000 DPI
- surface calibration software and its sub-$100 price tag
- the G502 seems like Logitech's new go-to enthusiast mouse
Cons:
- Its cord is no trouble but the G502 isn't wireless and that could be a con for you
- It may also sit a little low for someone with a large hand and a preference for the palm grip

- Heavy
- so may suit bigger handed gamers
- Excellent software package is easy to use

Cons:
- Scroll wheel is either overly loud
- or requires too much micro management
- It is a bit heavy for smaller handed gamers
- Sensitivity could be considered too high by many

Driver problems and the mouse somehow corrupting all my USB ports forcing to replug my keyboard/headset alot.

Logitech G502 Proteus Core Mouse
The Logitech G502 Proteus Core is a another strong Gaming mouse from Logitech, although I have to admit it isn't quite as good as I thought it was going to be, maybe I was expecting a little to much. Don't get me wrong the G502 is a very good Gaming mouse it's just necessarily not one of the best.
