Nikon Coolpix L810 review
In recent months, the world of camera manufacturing has gone superzoom crazy. From the top end likes of the Fuji X-S1 to the budget-priced Olympus SP-620UZ , most brands have something new to sell.

Nikon Coolpix L810
The Nikon Coolpix L810 is not a camera we would easily recommend. If you simply must have a 26x zoom lens and AA batteries for power, it's OK, especially for its price. However, you may want to seek out the older L120 if it's still available.
Pros:
- Well priced
- Offers 26x optical zoom
- Easy to use
- Runs on AA batteries
Cons:
- Performs poorly in low light and indoors without a flash
- Shooting performance and autofocus are slow

Nikon Coolpix L810
It's completely reasonable to expect a particular product, in this case a camera, to get better with each generation. That's not the case with the Nikon Coolpix L810. Sure, on paper, Nikon is offering more for your money in the L810 than in its predecessor, the L120 .
Pros:
- The Nikon Coolpix L810 is an inexpensive 26x megazoom point-and-shoot that's easy to use and runs on AA batteries
Cons:
- The L810 performs poorly in low light and indoors without a flash
- and its shooting performance is slow
- as is its autofocus

Exceptional Camera
Bought just before a trip to O C Maryland. I had no time to failiarize with the operation or read the manual. I got awesome shots of the entire trip including moving shots of the Bay Bridge, perfect. Operation is easy and simple, zoom is great, and it didn't eat batteries like my old Olympus.

Almost too "Sensitive"
Initial attempts at use most pix were blurry unless camera set on surface and not hand held. Slightest shake of hand and pic blurry. Maybe with time or other settings will be less of issue-glad not using film !
Pros:
- Good in Low Light
- Great Zoom
- Large Clear LCD
- Lightweight
Cons:
- No Viewfinder
- Pix Blur Easily
- Too Sensitive

I like this camera
Little information in manual, everything is in the CD. Can't carry computer around just to take pictures. Just to much retain all the things this camera can do.
Pros:
- Compact
- Durable
- Great Picture Quality
- Lightweight
Cons:
- Poor Manual
