Nokia Lumia 800 Review: You Had Me At Gorgeous
Nokia's Lumia 800 takes the gorgeous design of the N9 and slaps a new coat of Windows Phone 7 paint. The end result is a phone that'll be drooled over by Windows Phone 7 aficionados, and could well influence a few switchers along the way, and it's the subject of this week's Mobile Monday review.

The Lumia 800 is the first of many Nokia devices which will feature the under-rated Windows Phone operating system and combine it with some slick hardware. The union between Nokia and Microsoft, announced more than a year ago, was the subject of much debate and speculation.

So, how does it stack up? Pretty good. It's a little smaller than my HTC Evo, but feels just as heavy. And if there was one minor criticism out of the starting block, it is the unit's weight. Obviously not huge, but for its small form factor I was a little surprised at its heft when I picked it up.

Galaxy Nexus vs Nokia Lumia 800 – Does Windows Phone 7 have anything on Ice Cream Sandwich
Android is currently the most popular OS for mobile devices, and when it comes to specific handsets, I'd say that the Nexus series by Google is definitely the flagship. The first Nexus One was manufactured by HTC, but for the next two models Google switched to Samsung, which lead to an improvement...

If you've been wondering whether you should get a Nokia Lumia 800 as your Windows Phone, look no further (unless if you are thinking of its big sister, the Lumia 900)!
Pros:
- In terms of looks, there is no doubt about it – Lumia 800 is a gorgeous phone
- The smooth feel of the phone is excellent and the size of the screen+phone overall is just nice
- I wish I got the Cyan version though because I think that the color makes the Lumia 800 really shines, + Sleek, elegant,...
Cons:
- The design is similar to the Nokia N9 and it looks beautiful, elegant, and stylish
- It's somewhat square-y and curvy, making it a beauty to behold
- It's pretty flat at the back side of the phone, compared to the Nokia N8 that I reviewed back in 2010, Nokia Lumia 800 is equipped with an 8 Megapixels...
