I Love this phone

This price is very high. I have a blue one I got online brand new in the box unlocked for about $350 off contract. You should not pay more than $400 for this phone. You can get a Lumia $900 off contract at AT&T for $450.
Pros:
  • This phone is awesome...great looking, fast, and solid hardware
  • Nokia has some great apps and they are good about keeping the software up to date where other vendors take forever to push out updates.
Cons:
  • Screen is not super amoled so text is not as clear as an LCD or super amoled screen like the 900 or samsung phones
  • however the color saturation is still amazing.
  • battery like is not great
  • you will get a full day with moderate use but I find myself charging halfway through the day with heavy use.

Amazing phone, excellent features, fast and responsive

I absolutely love this phone!! The integration with Windows Live, SkyDrive (25Gb of free cloud space), Yahoo email, Google email, Google contacts, Facebook, Facebook chat, Facebook photos, Twitter and LinkedIn make this the most connected phone operating system ever.

Nokia Lumia 800 does not differentiate much on the outside from the Nokia N9 as it too has a uni-body polycarbonite shell just like the N9. The body of Lumia 800 may fondly remind one of a delicious stick of a colorful gum. The phone is a very tempting device with specs full of life.
Pros:
  • Corning Gorilla Glass Protection display
  • Camera with Geo-tagging facility
  • Stereo FM radio with RDS
  • Memory of 16 GB storage
  • 512 MB RAM
  • AMOLED capacitive touchscreen
  • Presence of browsers like WAP 2.0/xHTML
  • HTML5
  • RSS feeds
  • Availability of sensors like Accelerometer
  • proximity and compass,...
Cons:
  • In ability to share Bluetooth files
  • Lack of video calling facility
  • Absence of skype application
  • Lack of new innovation

Nokia Lumia 800

The Lumia 800 smartphone is a flagship phone from Nokia. Taking exterior design cues from their sleek and sexy experimental N9 MeeGo phone, Nokia's latest offering incorporates the "Mango" build of Windows Phone 7, along with a complete overhaul of pretty much everything under the hood.

Unlike the flagship Lumia 800, the Lumia 710 is a more ffordable Windows Phone with stripped down features and specs. The same can be said for its looks too. although it too has no expandable memory.

Nokia Lumia 800 Review

Nokia already confirmed the Nokia Lumia 800 UK release date and Nokia Lumia 800 Specs in the hope of raining on the parade of the HTC Titan to be one of the first and best Windows 7.5 smartphones in UK.

  • Camera and screen
Cons:
  • Average battery life
  • Media still a pain to transfer

The design of the Nokia Lumia 800, as with its near-identical twin, the Meego-running Nokia N9, is simply gorgeous. The body is polycarbonate – soft to the touch, scratch-resistant, and sufficiently grippy that you'll have no fear of it slipping out...

Nokia Lumia 800 Review - Surprisingly Good, Not Quite Impressive

Unfortunately, Nokia's decision led to a schism among the company's fans who preferred one the three major mobile operating systems: MeeGo, Android and Windows Phone. Launched on the market a few months before Lumia 800 hit shelves, the N9 quickly gathered lots of fans and many favorable reviews...
Pros:
  • The first thing that we think should make the Lumia 800 stand out is the appealing design
  • Windows Phone 7.5 Mango is also another consistent improvement over the original version, which lacked so many things like multitasking and copy/paste.
Cons:
  • Some may complain about the phone's form factor, but personally I like the minimal look and rectangular form factor
  • Another downside of the Lumia 800 is the lack of a microSD card slot, but that's a common issue for all Windows Phone devices.

Nokia Lumia 800 Review

Awesome hardware Check. Promising and potentially equally awesome software Check. The Lumia 800 is a great first-try for Nokia. There's definitely room for improvement but I can't help but be impressed with how good the combination is of Nokia hardware with Microsoft software!
