Nokia's Lumia 800 is a real return to form for the once dominant force in mobile phones. The 800's hardware is absolutely top notch, matching sleek design with the sturdiness we want from a portable device.
Pros:
- Outstanding display quality
- Sleek yet solid hardware
- Consistently fast performance
- Great Nokia-designed apps
Cons:
- No HDMI
- No DLNA
- Storage and battery are not user manageable
- Some lingering Windows Phone quibbles

- Non-reflective display
- Sleek and slim design
- Appealing
- Intuitive and responsive OS
Cons:
- No front camera
- Sightly expensive
- Unsatisfactory camera performance in low light conditions
- Lack of quality apps on Windows Marketplace
- Bluetooth connectivity issues

The Lumia and WP7 combination is going to be the saviour for Nokia and Microsoft in the mobile game. The relationship between Nokia and Microsoft brings the two companies back into the smartphone game. Why do I say this? It's quite simple in my mind: Nokia owns the emerging markets.
Pros:
- The two screen experience that WP7 dictates makes the device easy to understand for anyone whether you’ve used a touch device before or not
- Two screens, two options, lots of blocks that you can customise.
Cons:
- For the more experienced and demanding users I believe the phone is oversimplified and too controlled inside of the app experience
- Oddly all the buttons on the Lumia 800 are on the right, some people might absolutely love this feature but I think it’s a bug

I love this phone. Had it since Christmas and it seems to be phased by nothing. My friend has a white shiny one and another has just got a matt black one. I have a matt magenta one that is fantastic.lots of cases available and the colour range is brilliant.
