OnePlus 6 review: A no-nonsense flagship
OnePlus has been a very peculiar brand since it was launched a few years back. It has for most of this time been a one-device-at-a-time brand, focussing on its flagship for the year.

OnePlus 6
It's impressive how that in less than five years, OnePlus has gone from releasing phones barely anyone had heard of to having a glitzy launch party at the Olympic Stadium in London. The OnePlus 6 is the brand's best phone yet, and it's competition to the , and .
Pros:
- A huge leap in design
- Seriously fast
- Dash Charge is still great
- if slightly restrictive
- A well-thought-out version of Android with great extras
Cons:
- Camera still needs improvement
- Missing a few ‘flagship' features

OnePlus 6 – Review
OnePlus are a company that have interested me due to their range of mid-priced high-spec flagships. They're a market disruptor. From the front you have the large screen with hardly any bezel thanks to the notch up top. This is how a smartphone should be.

As a refinement of the already well-made OnePlus 5T, the OnePlus 6 is a big step toward the company's vision of "the perfect smartphone." Still, it depends on how one defines "perfect"; at least from a technical standpoint, the OnePlus 6 is stuck with a lower screen resolution than other flagships,...

OnePlus 6: More speed than you need
OnePlus 6: The OnePlus 6 is better than ever, and is still much cheaper than its Android rivals
Pros:
- Significantly cheaper than its rivals
- Camera is better than ever
- Excellent performance
Cons:
- Shorter battery life than the OnePlus 5T

The OnePlus 6 is officially here and apart from our usual in-depth review , we decided to take the smartphone for a spin in terms of gaming performance. After all, it's the first Snapdragon 845 SoC-powered device to be made available in India, and its 8GB of RAM is the highest amount available on...

OnePlus 6 review: Glorious, glossy and powerful
The OnePlus 6 is an awesome phone and would - quite frankly - be a competitive flagship even if it was priced to match its competitors. It's not, and as such its £469 starting price point makes it complete no brainer. This is the company's first no-compromise smartphone.
Pros:
- Good-looking design with sturdy build
- Bright and colourful display
- Dash Charge is a major plus
- Speedy smooth performance
- Much better camera
Cons:
- No wireless charging
- No official IP rating against water and dust resistance
- Most Android apps not optimised for notched screen yet

OnePlus 6 Review: Believe The Hype! This Thing is IMMENSE
This is one of the best Android phones on the planet right now. It looks amazing and it runs brilliantly. But best of all is the price: it's significantly cheaper than ALL of its peers. I'd take one of these handsets over the iPhone X every day of the week and twice on a Sunday. It's that good.
Pros:
- Amazing Design
- Great, OLED Display
- Fantastic Camera
- Solid Battery Life
- Great Software
Cons:
- Err..
- The Speakers Are A But Tinny
- But That's About It

It was launched with the tagline of Never Settle and branded the Flagship Killer. But of late, there have been signs that OnePlus has been, well, for want of a better expression, just beginning to settle a bit.
Pros:
- Eye catching design
- Very good hardware
- Generally smooth performance
Cons:
- Still mono speakers
- Odd bugs
- Similar battery life to predecessor

OnePlus 6 Review-A series of downgrades is saved by the low price
The OnePlus 6 is a worse phone than the OnePlus 5T. The new SoC is nice, but other than that we get downgrades in the form of a higher price, a switch from metal to glass, and a smaller, harder-to-use fingerprint reader.
Pros:
- The price, the price, the price
- This is $300 cheaper than comparable hardware from Samsung or Google, OnePlus' software keeps the Material Design look that matches the rest of the app ecosystem while still adding features and customizations, An unlocked bootloader, Project Treble support, and a...
Cons:
- OnePlus switched to a glass back and didn't add wireless charging, so this is a straight downgrade over last year, No official update policy from OnePlus, A smaller fingerprint reader than last year
- Why, The phone isn't waterproof, as OnePlus "does not recommend excessive submersion.
