- Disappointing display resolution and color accuracy
- Weak loudspeaker
- no stereo sound
- Weak processor and slow loading of games and demanding apps
- Plastic back
- not very solid build

Stellar battery life and a nice enough design are pitched into a package that lacks power and doesn't have a great display. Compromises are expected at the affordable end of the scale, but unless you're desperate for a Samsung phone, you'll find better experiences elsewhere.

the case doesnt fit the phone, it is to big. i dont trust it. it also is partial covering the fingerprint button and flashlight.

my biggest issues is that this phone will not allow app transfer to sd card. Phone has 32 GB and normally that is fine but once to download a few apps space is gone and no option to transfer apps to sd card. Very disappointing especially when my "OLDER" phone was able to do this.
