The Galaxy A52 5G sweats on the details, with a fine 120Hz AMOLED display, an IP67-rated body, a competent OIS-laden camera and the promise of four years of security updates. There’s better value to be had, however, if not quite the same sense of security.

It’s a great handset, but the improvements are so iterative that most of you will hardly notice what’s new.

Action mode offers truly superb video stabilization. eSIM makes it easy to switch phones (with other iPhones). Satellite SOS and Crash Detection add peace of mind.

Many of the specs remain the same as on the iPhone 13. Small battery gains. Photonic Engine isn’t as revolutionary as suggested.

The Samsung Galaxy A52 5G isn’t going to blow you away with top-end specs or a remarkably affordable price, but it’s still a solid choice for a mid-range handset that can compete with the likes of the Google Pixel 4a.

An excellent mid-range phone, packed with a great display, plenty of power, and waterproofing to help it stand out from the crowd. Running Samsung's latest software, it's an affordable way to get the latest Samsung experience with little major compromise.

The Galaxy A52 is an interesting device given that it has two versions in the Philippine market. The one that we have is the 4G version that is priced at PHP 18,990, while the other is the 5G version with a more powerful chipset, higher refresh rate, and 5G connectivity for a more expensive PHP...

Great value, bright OLED display, surprisingly good camera quality, microSD slot, headphone jack, IP67 rating for water resistance.

Not available on Verizon, only supports sub-6Ghz 5G for now, no zoom cam, charging is a bit sluggish, unexciting design.
