Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Dual SIM 5G (12GB RAM, 256GB, Phantom Black) - Brand New review
Hello Snapdragon! The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra builds on the strengths of its predecessor and, in addition to comprehensive high-end hardware, again offers an integrated S Pen. On top of this, the model is launching globally with the brand-new Snapdragon processor.- bright LTPO OLED at 120 Hz, high performance, long battery life, S Pen, IP68 certified, very good voice quality
- missing audio codecs for Bluetooth, no Wi-Fi 7, slow charging technology, moderate cooling of the SoC
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Dual SIM 5G (12GB RAM, 256GB, Phantom Black) - Brand New review
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra packs in class-leading camera features, along with the latest and most powerful hardware ever in a Galaxy smartphone. It's as good as you can get in an Android smartphone, as long as you can afford it.- Amazing detail captured by 200MP main camera, Excellent display that is visible in direct sunlight, Fun and creative Astro photography modes, More processing power that you'll probably ever need
- Design is attractive but could be a little more distinct than the older S22 Ultra, Google Pixel 7 Pro is cheaper while offering a competitive feature set, No major advances apparent with 100x zoom in terms of clarity vs the S22 Ultra
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Dual SIM 5G (12GB RAM, 256GB, Phantom Black) - Brand New review
The Galaxy S23 Ultra offers top-level performance. It's slick and fast, the display is fantastic and the cameras really deliver. Samsung is offering long software support and loads of features. It's an expensive phone, but it's one of the best out there.- The display is fantastic, Camera is impressive in all modes, Fast and fluid performance, Good build quality
- Some of the software changes muddy Android, Charging could be faster, It's expensive, Speaker location not great for gamers
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra review
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is the most phone you can buy with every feature you could ask for, with the only downsides being its size, bad selfie camera, and slow charging.- Outstandingly fast, Very good cameras, Excellent battery life, Lovely premium object
- Slow 45W charging, Poor selfie camera, Huge premium object
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Dual SIM 5G (12GB RAM, 256GB, Phantom Black) - Brand New review
It’s big, expensive, and occasionally weird. But the S23 Ultra lives up to its name.- Exceptional performance, Versatile cameras with incredible zoom, Useful S Pen and connectivity features, Lovely boxy frame and high-quality build
- Expensive, Image quality is inconsistent, Samsung software remains quirky
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra review: Samsung is nigh untouchable
I have finished my review of the Galaxy S23 Ultra for NextPit, and I have this to say: Samsung's flagship totally won me over despite its insolent price of $1,199. This is the magnum opus from the manufacturer and it will probably remain the best Android smartphone of the year.- Superb AMOLED QHD+ screen at 120 Hz refresh rate, Highly polished finish, Most versatile 200 MP camera module on the market, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 makes all the difference, Excellent battery life which is a feat for Samsung, 4 years of Android updates + 5 years of security updates, The integrated S Pen...
- Nothing much new in One UI 5.1, Same design as last year, Archaic 45-watt charging speed
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Dual SIM 5G (12GB RAM, 256GB, Phantom Black) - Brand New review
Very much true. Looking at both S22 Ultra and S23 Ultra, even at a close distance, you could be forgiven for thinking they are the same phone. Samsung has opted to keep the front and back design the same this year, and along with it has ported the aesthetic to the rest of the S23 line-up, which now...- Same battery but greatly improved efficiency, Camera quality with all lenses now consistent, Ergonomics refined, Exclusive One UI 5.1 features
- 4K 60fps still limited to the 1x lens, Charging still 45W max, S-Pen not exclusive coloured this time, Some baked in apps still cannot be uninstalled
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Dual SIM 5G (12GB RAM, 256GB, Phantom Black) - Brand New review
The new Samsung flagship comes at a price but it offers a lot, with dazzling performance and cameras that deliver in every situation.- Spectacular cameras, Smart, elegant design, Great battery life, Super-fast performance, Extra storage in base configuration
- Pricey, Occasional camera issues, Charging is fast, but beaten by rivals
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Dual SIM 5G (12GB RAM, 256GB, Phantom Black) - Brand New review
The only other critical factor Samsung may struggle with is upgrades, because it's a near impossible argument from last year's model to this one. Simply put, there is no conceivable reason beyond "owning the newest" to upgrade from the S22 Ultra to the S23 Ultra.- Great design, Massive feature set, Huge and versatile camera, Impressive performance, Fast 5G, Water resistant, Supports the S-Pen
- The phone is so big, it may be unwieldy for some, Camera can be a little slow, Pen hasn't changed much, and this is more a spec bump update
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Dual SIM 5G (12GB RAM, 256GB, Phantom Black) - Brand New review
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is a phone with no compromises — except, perhaps, price. The device is extremely powerful, offers an excellent camera, a long-lasting battery, and a sleek and stylish design. If you’re looking for the best Android phone right now, this device is a real contender.- Stunning design, Excellent camera, Great battery life, Very powerful, Beautiful display
