Samsung Galaxy S24 5G (8GB RAM, 256GB, Onyx Black) - Brand New review
The Samsung Galaxy S24 is a good all-round Android phone. I love the small size, it has a good screen, and it performs admirably. It’s a shame then that Galaxy AI needs time to develop and the lack of camera advances halts this from being the compact superstar it really should be.- One of a few powerful, small Android phones, Pricing makes more sense than the Plus, Some clever AI features
- The camera should have been overhauled, Areas like battery life and charging lack notable upgrades
The regular Samsung Galaxy S24 is the easiest compact phone to recommend
- Compact and lightweight
- New Galaxy AI features
- Plenty powerful
- Solid camera system
- Very similar to the S23
- Limited storage options
- Relatively slow charging
Samsung Galaxy S24 review: small sensation
While the Samsung Galaxy S24 isn't a major update over its predecessor, all things considered it's a better-looking handset thanks to decreased screen bezel and a marginally larger resulting screen.- Updated design means less screen bezel for this generation, Ideal for those seeking a small Android flagship, Minor battery life increase, Price drop year-on-year
- Charging remains slower than the competition, No camera hardware updates this generation, Skips the S24 Ultra's titanium finish, Battery life remains so-so
Samsung Galaxy S24 Review (Exynos 2400) – Mighty Mini Marvel AI phone Tested
The Samsung Galaxy S24 hosts a number of distinctive advantages that make it the definitive compact flagship phone to get at this point in time. You get a tougher Armor Aluminum 2 chassis, a brighter and more power efficient display, excellent battery life, surprisingly good performance from the...- Exceptionally long 7 years security and OS update policy, vibrant and sharp display with adaptive refresh rate, good performance, superb battery life, great camera, useful Galaxy AI features
- No UWB, limited to 25W wired fast charging, only has 8GB RAM compared to contemporaries, uncertain Galaxy AI future after 2 years
Samsung Galaxy S24 5G (8GB RAM, 256GB, Onyx Black) - Brand New review
Samsung boards the AI express – but are Exynos CPUs a backwards step, and can the Galaxy S24 still compete on cameras?- Streamlined design and slicker screen, AI integrations can be very useful, Powerful yet pocket friendly
- Bested by rivals on camera quality, Exynos CPU not the best for battery life
Samsung Galaxy S24 review: Unsurprisingly great
The Samsung Galaxy S24 builds on what has always been great about the Samsung Galaxy S series in some meaningful ways.- Great design, Good-looking screen, Excellent camera, Top-tier performance, Long-lasting battery
- Some higher-tech competition
Samsung Galaxy S24 review: Changes for the better
Samsung cleans up its design, brightens up its display, and launches a compact AI barrage- All the Galaxy AI tricks for less, Sharp, if derivative design, Cheaper than before
- OneUI still very busy, Cameras barely changed, Split processor approach feels like a step back
