Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) Review
Just a month ago, we managed to preview Samsung's answer to the Kindle Fire – the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) . Needless to say, if you're expecting something cutting-edge, you won't find it here, but rather, it's affordably priced at $250 and somehow manages to employ some modest hardware specs to...
Pros:
- $250 price point
- Android 4.0 ICS out of the box
- Incorporates an IR blaster
- Great battery life
Cons:
- Choppy performance
- Same old TouchWiz UX experience
- Not so great with its still shots

Nice... but
Generally like the Galaxy 2 (7") but think the screen resolution is really lacking. My Acer has better and the iPad for sure. Disappointed that it is so low.
Pros:
- Attractive Design
- Compact
- Durable
- Easy Controls
- Fast
- Long Battery Life
Cons:
- Resolution

This is a great product that provided me with hours of entertainment while I was in the hospital.
I'm not a tech wiz, but found this tablet easy and fun to use. I would recommend this device to anyone looking for a tablet but not wanting to wreck their bank account

I liked at first.....
I really liked this product until Samsung did their most recent upgrade where they removed the screen capture from the key functions. This was a great feature that I barely got the chance to enjoy because I just bought my tablet last month (January). This was not an upgrade but rather a downgrade.
Pros:
- Built-in speakers
- Bright display
- Inexpensive
- Durable
- Lightweight
Cons:
- watch out for updates

Enjoy using my device
I love the 7" size of this device for handiness. It has some quirks like suddenly switching off and on again and its worst feature is the laggy imprecise keyboard (though I love the fact that the numbers are above the letters, not on another screen).

Not perfect, but good value for a capable tablet
I wanted to replace my first-gen iPad with a 7" tablet. My choice came down to this device and the Nexus 7. Samsung won for one simple reason: the micro SD slot. If you have any desire to carry video around to watch where you can't stream, you need storage space.
Pros:
- Built-in speakers
- bright display
- subjectively realistic color
- excellent form factor for travel
- came with android 4 ics
- smooth video playback
Cons:
- Un-removable bloatware
- unable to move apps or data to external SD card
- should come with 16gb internal storage
- touchscreen sometimes slow to respond
- battery life with WifI on could be better
- shortage of compatible accessories

The samsung tab 2 is pretty good and met my expectations. And when we bought it , it was only 150 dollars which was very cheap. I have a costom lancher on it and works very well. Love it so far!
Pros:
- Very fast
- good for simple games
- good web browser
- cheap
Cons:
- camera isn't that good

great product
Really light and responsive. Screen a bit small for me though. Easy to learn how to use similar to their phones.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0)
At first glance, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) Wi-Fi seems like it doesn't belong in the Android-powered stable of Galaxy-branded tablets from Samsung. After all, the current flagship model competes with the best of the best in the 10-inch tablet arena and comes equipped with some of the best bits...
