While this isn't the first Sony phone I've used, it's the first I've actually enjoyed using. Would I buy one? No! Would I recommend my "techie" friends buy one? No! Would I recommend to my friends and relatives who want an Android phone but don't want the top end phones? No!
Pros:
- Lightweight
- Responsive
- Nice looking device
Cons:
- Screen quality is sub standard
- Gingerbread
- Sound quality in call is poor
- Camera quality is poor
- reacts badly in low light

The phone is somewhat smaller than the Xperia S and, weighing in at 107 grams, fits nicely into the hand and has a good solid feel. The Sola uses a standard sized SIM card, so no need to change to a micro SIM yet.
Pros:
- Apart from being a phone, it is also a good social network connector
- The screen senses your finger movement when hovering above, but without actually touching the screen
- The display is clear and crisp and is easy to view even in sunlight courtesy of the Sony Bravia engine.
Cons:
- No front camera No Ice Cream Sandwich
