SteelSeries Arctis 7 review: This wireless headset provides incredible comfort
The SteelSeries Arctis 7 might not be the best-sounding headset around, but it's extremely comfortable and also nets you wireless audio for only $150.
Pros:
- Comfortable
- sleek
- and stylish
- Very inexpensive for wireless audio
- Built-in chatmix controls
Cons:
- Headset might not fit the largest of large heads
- Mute button is a bit too small and inconspicuous
- Audio quality is solidly middle-of-the-road

SteelSeries Arctis 7 Headset Review
A few weeks ago we reviewed SteelSeries' flagship mouse, the Rival 700, but today our attention turns to gaming headsets, and the Arctis 7. A wireless headset, the Arctis 7 has a metric ton of features including virtual 7.1 surround-sound, ChatMix support and on-ear volume controls to name just 3.
Pros:
- Good audio quality
- Excellent mic
- ChatMix feature is simply brilliant
- Stylish
- Can be used via wireless or wired connection
- Good battery life
Cons:
- My ears pressed against the drivers when in use which was very uncomfortable
- Definitely more expensive than your average gaming headset

The Arctis 7 makes up entirely for the sins of its cheaper brother the Arctis 5 with a headband that actually fits the way you want it to, and doesn't weigh you down throughout the day.

Avoid these for this kind of money
Well iv'e had these maybe a week and i've tried everything to get them to even sound nice. A pc gamer for over 20 years. Been through alot of wired headsets. I thought lets try wireless and decided to go for these arctis 7's as they say they are the best hahahahahaha ....

Pricey, but worth it
The headset costs a pretty penny, but performs accordingly. Setup is easy enough, and the sound quality is good. Headset is comfortable, but feels prone to slipping about on your head; mostly due to being wireless and so heavier than a regular headset.

Excellent comfortable pair of headphones for the price
Great mic and good sound quality, bluetooth works great as well. Wish the battery life was a little longer though.
