It has been a while since I played Nintendo games and I forgot all about how intuitive and extremely fun it is to play with friends and family! The party games were super fun, but not just casual games like old Wii games. It required some getting used to and some discipline too.

I should say this off the top: I'm not truly acquainted with the Mario Party series. I've only dabbled in the modern set of games and never felt the urge to play the classic titles that so many have fallen in love with.

The Mario Party series has never aspired to be much more than a colorful delivery system for fun four-player minigames, and Super Mario Party at least succeeds in freeing its enjoyable content from its clunky, board-game framework.
