All of a sudden the signal can drop so we will have to unplug the wifi adapter and plug it back in again. This can be a hassle especially when we are video chatting with family and friends internationally. We even tried uninstalling and resinstalling the driver and problem is still there.

Easy gains
The card was plug and play, simple. I bought this to update the wireless card that I was using in my desktop after we moved it to the back of the house. I was getting disconnected and having slowness issues. My connection and speed issues are completely gone with this updated wireless adapter.
