I love This Device

The reason I chose Because I discovered tp link back in 2008 and I stalled For some years and decided to give it a try .I chose this unit for a new phone system that will Be installing soon as part of a new business . the switch will be used in an ip phone application as part of my business!

TP-LINK TL-SF1005D Network Switch - 5 port

Pros:
  • The product arrive and i put it straight to use
  • connecting my PC
  • Xbox and PlayStation to it giving me faster internet speeds than my WiFi due to being upstairs
  • works great with power-line adaptors
Cons:
  • I have had to unplug it and plug it back in because for an unknown reason it just refused to connect to the internet
  • but hasn't happened again

Works

Needed a Ethernet 'splitter'. Had a super long cord but the room had smart tv and printer. Both struggled with wifi. This plus two short extra cords and neither needed anything more. Just worked

I was amazed at how small this was! Does what it is supposed to and efficiently, I did a speed test with it and I got the same exact speed with out it, it's like it's not even there. The results of this product are great for me, I even ordered another one.
