TP-LINK TL-WN725N USB Wireless Adapter - N150, Single-band

No problems with this device, still going strong. Did a great job giving my desktop an internet connection while there was no wired connection. Now use it on an older laptop.

Didn't work
bought the wise tiger brand adapter instead on another website. it was cheaper and it worked.

- Didn't work with windows 10, it would connect to my TPLINK router but no connectivity
- It would connect to my phone's hot spot though

Easy to install; functions well as expected.
Easy to install; functions well as expected. Staples matched competitor price, and provided convenient option for me to pick up at a Staples store and have no shipping cost.

nice little adapter
Works very well and can leave it in laptop when putting it in my bag due to its miniature size. The trade-off is I lose signal when not within sight of the router, even if it's in the next room. So as long as I'm in the same room, it's fine. If that's not an issue for you, I'd recommend it.

Very good performance and price point.
I use this with Windows 10 and Ubuntu. There are no problems whatsoever. I have been using this for 3 months now. I don't remember doing any setup... it was Plug-and-play. I would recommend this for anyone who has a desktop PC and is looking to connect to home WiFi.

What are these reviews talking about
I was cautious in picking this up because the reviews said it was difficult to use and useless. I plugged it into my win 10 desktop and waited 3 seconds and I was able to connect. No drivers or anything needed.

Excellent Value and performance
Bought this for a computer that I could not wire directly into my home network. Plugged in and worked quickly with no setup issues on Windows 7. Small adapter easy to install and configure. Excellent speeds. Able to play games at very low cost.
