Fun, jolly, and with tongue planted firmly in cheek for most of the game: Watch Dogs 2 isn't a must-have, but it's still a rather good time.

Watch Dogs 2 PC Game Review
In June of 2012 Ubisoft announced Watch Dogs with the promise that you could hack the world. Sadly the game failed to live up to that promise and the hacking turned into timed button presses to stop a helicopter or prevent someone from calling the cops on you.

Watch Dogs 2 is what the first game should have been. If Watch Dogs 2 was released instead of the original, the franchise would have been a bigger hit then it is today. Instead, the reaction to the sequel has been mostly "well, it's better then the first".

Watch Dogs 2 review – GTA got hacked
It's still lacking a certain je ne sais quoi, but this is a definite improvement on the first game and a serious alternative to GTA V.
Pros:
- The movement, shooting, and driving mechanics are all very good, and amongst the best in the genre
- Interesting use of the hacktivist theme and some innovative online options
Cons:
- The story and characters still lack of charisma, and the open world isn't as interesting as a purely fictional one
- Some formulaic mission design and inconsistent AI

Watch Dogs 2 is a great offering from Ubisoft, being a much-needed improvement over their first game. It's a title I'd pick up at the retail price and so should you.

Awesome fun, big upgrade
Have been spending many hours playing with the game on the PS4, ( online is currently broken but i hear that will be fixed soon) I have spent about 10 hrs on the game and didnt even realise it.

Watch Dogs 2: Hacking Fun in San Fran
Watch Dogs 2 isn't a revolution, but it's a clear improvement on the original, which gave us a bland hero with nothing to say. Ubisoft clearly listened to the criticisms of Watch Dogs because this time around we get more fun, a much more engaging protagonist and some political bite.

Love it
This is the perfect replacement to gta v. Started getting bored with games until watch dogs 2 came along love the gta feel but with modern in game twist and better graphics. If you like gta and need similar but more challenging then watch dogs 2 is the game for you.
