My son loves his so much it has helped him store all his gaming and important information on it. And it so small and lightweight. he can take it anywhere.
It was good while it lasted. I don't think anyone wants to buy such a backup drive that only works for three years and a half, while the warranty only covers you for three years. I am not very happy about this. .
It's the almost the same size as a passport and hence the name. Very good for the consumer who needs a lot of portable memory on the go and is willing to pay the somewhat demanding price. It's built very well and the rubber feet will stop any vibrations on any surface.
i really liked the size of this item, and have trusted WD for some time. i needed some spare 1TB drives for backup/copies. these are easy to carry, plenty of space, built tough, and the color is nice, too.
This has turned out to be a good compact backup hard drive for me, reliable so far, simple, does the job. Small, lightweight, easy to carry if necessary. Haven't had any problems.
I first bought a 160GB Western Digital External Hardrive in December 2007, by August 2008 it had broken, not sure why but everytime i plugged it in to my USB drive it would crash my system and block everything.
Works Great price is outstanding
quick response when coping files

Passport is the rather apt name chosen by Western Digital for its range of portable hard drives. Not much bigger than the 2.5in notebook drives they contain, these pocket-sized storage devices are now more pocketable than ever, thanks to their extra-rounded corners – not to mention attractive...
