New Apple iPad 2017 review: Solid, affordable replacement for the aging Air
With the tablet market slowing down, and upgrade cycles being so long, Apple could perhaps have been forgiven for focussing mostly on its laptop-challenging Pro series. In fact, it's been almost two and a half years since the regular full-size iPads got a refresh.
Pros:
- Great app ecosystem
- easy to use interface
- slick and reliable performance
- long lasting battery
Cons:
- Screen not quite as good as the iPad Air 2

Apple iPad Wi-Fi 32GB - Space Grey
Pros:
- Light and responds quickly
- Beautiful screen definition and a fantastic quality camera
Cons:
- The black screen is a magnet for fingerprints

I've focused a lot in this review on what the new Apple iPad (2017) doesn't have and, although the existence of the iPad Pro series makes that inevitable, it isn't a particularly fair way to view it.

Here's an interesting fact for you: if you take the iPad mini out of the equation, Apple's sales of larger iPads actually rose last quarter. The release of the iPad Pro 9.7 coupled with the enduring popularity of the iPad Air 2 meant that, far from being in decline, the iPad was on the up.

Plenty of space & power at a great price
Replaced my iPad gen 4 model with this new model, mostly because I wanted more storage space for my apps, games, photos, videos, etc. 128gb is the way to go...plenty of space and room to do it all! ... nad the A9 chip in this puppy races with fast responses to any demands..

Not the most revolutionary update, but the new, cheaper iPad continues to deliver class-leading performance
Pros:

- smooth performance
- Bright screen and solid blacks
- Rich colours
- crisp detail
- Beautiful design
- Good starting price
Cons:
- Screen is rather reflective
- No brand new features

New iPad
My ancient ipad wouldn't work with the reader that I needed to use for online books for school. The new one works great. Apps that I use for online newspapers also work much better. Overall, it was a vast improvement.

I had a replacement , my laptop stopped working , under the ext warranty I was able to exchange for the i pad, What difference its so quick and easy to use, I had it up and running within two hours, if you want a medium ipad go for this one , ab fab

Apple iPad (2017) review
The new Apple iPad (2017) surprised everyone when it was revealed on 21 March. We were all expecting the iPad Air 3. At least, that's what all the rumours pointed towards. Instead what we got was a hybrid of the original iPad Air and the iPad Air 2 – simply called the iPad (2017).
