The iPhone 12 Pro offers an impressive smartphone package thanks to its worthwhile but incremental camera upgrades, coupled with its excellent design revamp
Pros:
- Redesign looks great
- Low-light performance is improved
- Incremental photography upgrades are great
Cons:
- iPhone 12 offers largely the same experience
- iPhone 12 Pro Max isn't a huge photography upgrade over the iPhone 12 Pro
- Expensive

Apple iPhone 12 Pro 5G (128GB, Graphite) - Excellent review
The iPhone 12 Pro is a great device but there’s nothing really that makes it exclaim that it’s a “Pro” device. Sure it has a telephoto lens, stainless steel frame, more storage options but you’re getting the same battery life as the cheaper iPhone 12 .
Pros:
- The new design is a nice and welcome change, Great camera and can shoot Dolby Vision video (up to 60 fps), Good battery life with long standby time, A14 Bionic offers quick performance, Wireless charging and fast charge support, The OLED screen looks great
Cons:
- iOS 14 could still use a bit more work, Heavier in the hand than the iPhone 12, More expensive and not much extra value over the iPhone 12, The MagSafe ecosystem is cool and has potential but not great now

Apple’s top-tier smartphones offer some big features with a price tag to match, but if you’re looking for the best of the best, you can’t go wrong with the iPhone Pro or Max.

Cons:
- Such a high price, Not everyone has 5G

If you're a serious creative who doesn't want a huge phone, the iPhone 12 Pro packs superior imaging and video capability into a reasonably sized, beautifully designed body.
Pros:
- Excellent night photo capabilities
- Optical zoom camera
- iOS has the best third-party photo apps
- Beautiful design
- Solid battery life
Cons:
- Technically only 2x optical zoom camera
- AT&T and Verizon 5G underwhelms
- Charging and power adapter situation is confusing

- Very similar to iPhone 12
- Expensive
- Standard 60Hz refresh rate

The iPhone 12 Pro is definitely the best iPhone that Apple has ever introduced to date. It proved to hit all the right notes in this review, especially with the nice bright OLED panel, great processor performance and new camera features.
Pros:
- Noble design language
- Very bright display
- Night mode for front and ultra-wide-angle cameras
- Fast processor
Cons:
- No charging adapter included
- High price
- Average battery life
