Great upgrade.
Upgraded from the iPhone X that Ive had for over 3 years. The new phone is fast and takes cracking pictures.
Apple iPhone 12 Pro 256GB - Graphite MGMP3X/A review
It’s a big year for the iPhone: Apple’s iPhone 12 line is totally redesigned and features four models — the iPhone 12 mini, the iPhone 12 , the iPhone 12 Pro, and the iPhone 12 Pro Max — at a range of screen sizes and price points.- Excellent camera
- Killer performance
- Dolby Vision video looks great
- 5G can be very fast
- Battery life not as good as last year
- 5G hype is exhausting
- Not quite enough of an upgrade over the iPhone 12
Apple iPhone 12 Pro 256GB - Graphite MGMP3X/A review

Apple iPhone 12 Pro 5G (256GB, Gold) - Excellent review
There are a lot of things going for the iPhone 12 Pro, many of which are easy to fall in love with. It’s a design that can stand up by itself, and feels great in the hands. The iPhone 12 Pro is so much easier to hold, and you might not want to let go of.- New design is fantastic and easier to grip, Flat edged iPhone can stand up by itself, essentially making it its own tripod on flat surfaces, Lovely screen Improvements to screen durability make for a standout display that's harder to break, Excellent camera, Solid performance, Fast 5G support,...
- Battery life can be hit and miss
Apple iPhone 12 Pro 256GB - Graphite MGMP3X/A review
With 5G, LiDAR, and MagSafe, the iPhone 12 Pro offers more than just the improved performance and better cameras we expect every year. But it will be some time before those technologies are widely utilized.- Absurdly fast performance, Excellent new design, Consistently great photos and video, LiDAR and MagSafe offer glimpses of the future
- The most interesting new features are underutilized, Still waiting for features like ProMotion or an always-on display
Apple iPhone 12 Pro 256GB - Graphite MGMP3X/A review
Truly great products always push the envelope, but also acknowledge the traditions that made them great in the first place. The iPhone 12 Pro is one such product that attempts to bridge the past and the future – in a way, it is a retrofuturist endeavor that is unapologetically a throwback to the...- Premium design
- Outstanding OLED display
- Versatile and reliable triple-camera system
- Unstoppable performance
- Still very expensive
- starting at $999
- No charger
- no headphones in the box
- No high refresh rate display
Apple iPhone 12 Pro 256GB - Graphite MGMP3X/A review
You must have telephoto. If you're choosing between the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro, the addition of a telephoto lens is what will likely sell you on the extra money. Lidar and a stainless steel frame are bonuses, but likely not worth the extra cash. You love the Pro's matte glass back.- Superb performance, Consistently good photo and video quality, Improved industrial design
- Worse battery life than iPhone 11 Pro
Apple iPhone 12 Pro 256GB - Graphite MGMP3X/A review
The iPhone 12 Pro captures images with bags of impact and plenty of detail, even in low light. Any photographer who uses it is bound to experience one of those head-scratching moments when the phone gets a better shot than their larger-sensor camera.- Produced attractive images with impact
- Easy to use
- Great wide-angle capability
- Limited control in the native camera app
- High price
- The lenses are unprotected
Apple iPhone 12 Pro 256GB - Graphite MGMP3X/A review
Apple's iPhone 12 Pro won't blow you away, but it's a fantastic update to the brand's already great lineup of devices....- Fantastic build quality Extensive ecosystem Super fast performance Great cameras
- Fairly slow charging comparatively 2x optical telephoto lens is a bit short iOS is limiting for customization No power adapter in the box
Apple iPhone 12 Pro 5G (256GB, Gold) - Excellent review
Enticing. The iPhone 12 Pro received a design refresh reminiscent of the old iPhone 5s. It features the latest technology the Californians have to offer, including 5G and Apple's new magnetic MagSafe feature. Find out whether or not it is worth switching in our review.- blazingly fast SoC, bright OLED display with HDR10 and DolbyVision, long battery life, good triple-camera system, premium build quality and IP68, accurate location services, broad frequency support
- mediocre speaker, Bluetooth without High Res Audio, fairly slow Wi-Fi 6, limited and restricted NFC, memory not expandable, no mmWave, slow wired data transfer speeds
