The iPhone 15 Pro Max is not only the most expensive smartphone on the market but also the most accomplished. This Apple flagship has almost reconciled me with the Apple brand. In this full review, I tell you why the Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max is the only smartphone I'm considering buying this year.
Pros:
- Unchanged look, but beautiful titanium blue color, Perfect finish, Versatile camera module with good zoom, Well-calibrated 120 Hz screen, Top performance, Very decent battery life, Excellent update policy
Cons:
- Night-time photo quality not always consistent, Recharging far too slow for the price, Massive form factor despite "lighter" titanium, Petty USB 2 cable, Exorbitant price

Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max Review: Overshadowed by Controversy
Even though, on the surface, there don’t seem to be many massive upgrades, the iPhone 15 Pro Max offers multiple compelling quality-of-life improvements. The design is much improved, introducing new colors and the feel of the titanium and contoured edges.
Pros:
- Significantly improved design, Great performance with the A17 Pro chip, USB-C replaces Lightning, Capable camera system with 5x optical zoom, Cheaper to replace back glass

- Battery life is passable, but not fantastic, Higher entry price

The 15 Pro Max makes a few safe, predictable improvements over its predecessor. It’s the best iPhone you can buy, but none of the features are worth getting very excited over. This is a good upgrade for iPhones 3+ years old, but newer models can wait, and don’t rule out the Android competition.

By addressing the biggest issues with its predecessor, while also adding some welcome extra features, the iPhone 15 Pro Max is more than the iterative update it initially seemed like, and remains a tempting option in the face of the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
Pros:
- It has USB-C (finally), 5x zoom is welcome, Much comfier to hold and use
- so much lighter
Cons:
- The Action Button is welcome – but it could do more, No 128GB option means higher price
