There are a couple of disadvantages you could have mentioned - like the fact the video calling only works to other iPhone 4's on a WiFi network, and poor signal strength (just type 'iPhone 4 poor signal' into Google and click the first link, loyalmoses.com) Also the glass, while more durable than

My personal Apple favourite!
Although I purchased an iPhone 5s, I actually returned it and went back to my previous iPhone 4s because the battery life is so much better, the speed is amazing and just overpowers the newer iPhone at every turn in day-to-day life.

Apple iPhone 4 8GB Verizon CDMA Cell Phone (Refurbished)
I assumed a refurbished phone would be "good as new", but I was very disappointed. Right out of the box, this iPhone4 had a small chip in the screen. Not a big deal unless it ends up compromising the integrity of the screen and makes it more likely to crack.

The iPhone had a Cantonese menu, no manual, the plug fitting was an overseas model and the screen was scratched. I currently have a complaint lodged.

Great phone, bad phone company
Have two of these phones in household and love em. Another phone has been without service for 3 weeks, and I can't get a straight answer from anyone in India (virginmobile support). Been told numerous stories and outright lies. Think about the phone company before you purchase your phone.

iPhone 4- disappointing
This is my second year with an iPhone. I had held out for so long and wanted to switch from my old blackberry curve to an iphone thinking that this was going to be a real game changer and not just some toy with a cultish following.
