AMD Ryzen 7 5700G 3.8GHz

Fast processor

Good performance, been running at 4.3Ghz for 2 weeks now. Stable, and the included wraith stealth cooler has no problem keeping it cool for my purposes (mainly desktop apps including video and audio editing). Highly recommend.

Money well spent

I went for AMD rather than Intel because from my experience it handles heat better. In hot weather, the I7 cpu's in our PCs were overheating but the AMDs were still running. This one is in a PC that will have a much higher workload and so far has performed flawlessly. Elsewhere I'd have paid at least $20 more.

Works incredibly well even with stock cooler

While my room is quite cold, it still never once went above 65c, very impressed with the cooler's performance. The multiple cores and threads also help a lot with streaming and the vega 8 integrated into it is surprisingly more stable than my laptops mobile 1650. Would recommend. Though, do make sure to have dual ram sticks as that will help performance by a long shot

Audio/video machine

Runs all my old software, better than previously. Also runs Cyberpunk and modded Skyrim. (W/ only 32gb ram) WITH NO GPU. I'm satisfied. Will add gpu and more ram eventually, but no rush, and no heating issues.
