Excellent working. The HDMI cord could be twice as long to make for easier use. The clarity is very good. I love the compactness of the projector.

Good Projector

Overall its a good projector. I use it for movies and works fine for me for small crowed of 5 people. I am able to connect it to external speaker system to boost the sound, but not directly.

Portable Inbuilt speakers HDMI and Usb works perfectly with Chromecast

Limited Ports No sound out port to connect to external speaker system

Acer C205

The Acer C205 ($349) is designed for businesspeople who need to give presentations in small rooms. This modestly priced, palmtop-size projector is highly portable, but its connection choices are limited to HDMI and MHL.

Small and portable; Can project from and charge MHL-enabled tablets and smartphones; Reasonably strong, good-quality audio

Limited to HDMI/MHL connectivity; Poor text quality; Some rainbow effect in video in our tests

not good sadly - some design flaws!

This is not suitable for business presentations as stated on the description due to two key issues:- 1. poor quality of text (its pixelated - not clear) - since buying it I found another review on the internet complaining about the same thing so its not just my unit that's defective it seems 2.

Acer C205 Review

The Acer C205 ($349) is designed for businesspeople who need to give presentations in small rooms. This modestly priced, palmtop-size projector is highly portable, but its connection choices are limited to HDMI and MHL. Although it's brighter than the Editors' Choice AAXA P4-X Pico Projector ( at Amazon) , the AAXA has better image quality for both data and video, and more connection choices including the ability to project from microSD cards and USB thumb drives. The C205 is an LED-based DLP projector with a rated brightness of 200 lumens and native WVGA (854-by-480) resolution. Acer claims a lamp life of up to 20,000 hours in Standard mode and 30,000 hours in Eco mode, so the light source should last the lifetime of the projector. The chassis measures 1.1 by 5.7 by 4.3 inches (HWD) and has a simple, handsome design. It's rectangular with semicircular wings that house its two 2-watt speakers. The speaker and ventilation grilles are silver, while the rest of the projector is whi...

The Acer C205 is a compact projector of modest brightness and decent audio output, designed for businesspeople who need to give presentations in small rooms.
