Apple MacBook Air 13-inch: Apple M1 Chip with 8 Core CPU and 8 Core GPU 512GB storage - Space Grey MGN73X/A review
With the 13-inch MacBook Pro already upping the ante, the new M1-based MacBook Air really throws down the gauntlet for rival ultraportable laptops. - Outstanding battery life
- Rosetta 2 emulation works well with Intel-native apps
- Slimline
- lightweight design
- Design is looking a bit dated
- No CPU upgrade options
- Expensive RAM and storage upgrades
- Only two Thunderbolt ports

Apple MacBook Air 13-inch: Apple M1 Chip with 8 Core CPU and 8 Core GPU 512GB storage - Space Grey MGN73X/A review
The thing with the new MacBook Air with M1 is that it is delivering on all the promises. Performance is, for the lack of a better word, incredible. Battery life is, for the lack of a better word, fantastic. System stability is, without a shadow of a doubt, perfectly nailed in.

There will always be things to complain about – like getting just two USB ports and a headphone socket for connectivity, for example, or the base model’s weird 7-core GPU, but honestly, if you look at the design quality, the performance, the screen and its everyday ergonomic finesse, the MacBook Air...- Finish
