Instruction manual
I tried to setup the self timer. I read the manual (a PDF document, and on P. 57 it has instructions. It says to press function set, then an icon for self timer. Function set results in a menu with 2 icons that look close to the icon in the manual.
Pros:
- Lightweight/Portable
Cons:
- Difficult to use
- Complicated controls/menu

Good Camera In This Range
I have purchased it from Flipkart. Delivered within 2 Days after booked. I have checked this camera clicking some photos, I have noticed some pros n cons in this camera. Pros Photos are awesome, and easy to use. Cons There is no Pause option available in Video Mode, which is common.

Very pleased with my purchase.
This was a christmas gift for my son. This camera replaced his broken Sony. He likes this Canon much better than the Sony. This camera takes outstanding pictures in very low light. I have a Kodak and it takes dreadful pictures in low light.

Shutter/lens broke within days
I have been a loyal Canon user for over 25 years so when my last PowerShot suddenly decided not to power on, it was time for a new camera. I was debating between a Nikon and a Canon and stuck with my brand loyalty.

Recommend buy
I'm extremely happy with this purchase! It's a simple point and shoot with the possibility of special effects...I needed a durable small-ish camera and this was perfect to pop in my bag or back pocket and not take up much room.

This Canon Powershot A2300 is a great deal. It has a 5x optical zoom. The LCD size is 2.7 type , it is a good buy for sure. It clicks great pictures. And has an amazing image quality. It has a digital zoom of approxiamately 4x , which is also not a bad deal.

This camera exceeded my expectations. I have used Canon cameras most of my life and this one proves that Canon is still my first choice. I just love the camera.
