PlayStation 4 Death Stranding 9951308 review
This is one of the most beautiful experiences of this console generation, in every sense of the word. Strip away all the exposition and bombast and what you’re left with is a timely – and timeless – story about reconnecting with people that is genuinely moving.

Death Stranding Review
Death Stranding is unlike anything else out there right now. It's huge, innovative and utterly unashamed in what it wants to be. Kojima Productions is heavy-handed in its implementation of modern political themes, but they tie into the narrative and involve the player in ways that feel compelling.
Pros:
- One of the most original games of this generation
- A scary, melancholic and inviting world to explore
- The characters are strange, layered and interesting
- Mechanics all compliment each other brilliantly
- Social interaction system is genuinely innovative
Cons:
- Boss battles can be somewhat frustrating
- A few plot threads remain unanswered

PlayStation 4 Death Stranding 9951308 review
Hideo Kojima has fully weaponized the walking simulator, writing a love letter to the delivery service workers of our shipping and handling world. Death Stranding is about ending isolation, and does it so gracefully that I can't imagine it being done better than it's done here.

Death Stranding Review – Sayonara, Expectations
If you're an auteur, you define genres. You set trends, push boundaries. Every project challenges expectations. What happens when your life's work is ripped from you What do you do when Metal Gear is taken from you If you're Kojima-san, you do the only thing you know how.
Pros:
- Incredible visual fidelity
- Masterful direction
- Outstanding cast and acting
Cons:
- May not be for everyone
- Some rough edges
- Not Metal Gear

PlayStation 4 Death Stranding 9951308 review
Death Stranding is a Kojima game through and through and all of the idiosyncrasies, intricacies, and eccentricities that defined his work through the years are well intact. For a large part of the game, the story is pretty straightforward as you navigate the country, reconnecting the network...

Alone but not lonely.
America is broken, and it's up to you to put it back together again. It's a tall order. A lot of people believe in it, but you're not sure you do. It'll take a lot of lonely, dangerous walks and exceptionally heavy lifting, and it's not really clear what America means in the first place.
Pros:
- Your efforts are rewarded in practical ways as well as emotional ones
- driving home the positive impact of what you do for others
- Connecting with other players through acts of kindness is a powerful experience that further underscores the game's hopeful message
- Each main character's individual...
Cons:
- Higgs is a disappointing villain that serves as a means to an end

Death Stranding PS4 Review
Death Standing proves itself as a unique, palpable new IP, filled with rich storytelling both in narrative and gameplay. The beginning of the game suffers from long gaps of time intended for learning the ropes, but the ship rights itself once it finally turns the corner.

Death Stranding Review – A Lot Of Crazy
Hideo Kojima has long been a visionary auteur, his feted career stands as proof. With no walls to contain him, he has given birth to Death Stranding. It's an experience that will be remembered for a long time, from its early hype to the untethered lunacy of its narrative.
Pros:
- A Compelling Narrative Driven By Great Performances
- Beautiful Game World
- Revives The Wanderlust Bug
Cons:
- A Bit Of Jank
- The Game's 'Connected World' Feels A Bit Barren
- Core Concept Depends On Repetition

Nani! Ara, wakarimashita
Nani! Ara, wakarimashita So let's try to understand it together with a full review, shall we While I'll refrain from diving too deeply into the narrative, suffice to say there's a quiet (ha) beauty to it amid all of the "delivery babies that spot shadow beasts" absurdity.
