Nikon shows why not everyone needs a professional camera with the successful Nikon Z50.
Pros:
- Very good picture and video quality (4K), complete ergonomics, compact and light, fast autofocus and good shooting pace.
Cons:
- Lacks image stabilizer, imprecise tracking focus, multiple touch focus, moderate brightness on the kit zoom.

The Z50 is a capable and comfortable camera to use, for a wide range of photography. The autofocus system is a little more awkward than it needs to be, but generally it's a hugely competitive camera. If the lenses you want to use exist, it should be on your list of cameras to consider.
Pros:
- Travel and everyday photography.
Cons:
- Landscapes and high resolution imagery
- Team sports.

In as many ways as we can quantify, the Nikon Z50 is an incredible camera. Its drawbacks lie in the areas that are more difficult to measure, such as the overall value when considering the whole system investment, including available native lenses.
Pros:
- Incredible Photo & Video Image Quality, Impressive Durability, Familiar & Intuitive Ergonomics, Compact & Lightweight

A Gem - So much going for it.
It's light, small, comfortable to carry and to handle, extremely intuitive and ergonomic. Once setup with BBF, it is actually more convenient to use than my similarly setup DSLRs. High ISO is surprisingly good; but don't expect to be able to take quality indoor Futsol photos at highest auto settings...
