I loved my 800s when they worked but i needed to step up my game using serato and hoping to lose the control CD's. Computer stalled out when i tried to use the usb connections. Maybe i need a new labtop or my external hard drive has just gotten too big.

No surprises here, 128Kbps mp3s will sound caca compared to 320Kbps.. people will argue that there is no difference, I beg to differ. 850s (HID and a 24 bit audio interface) / 900s are said to have a better enhanced 24bit audio interface.

This is the cd player you need for all your dj gigs. Pioneer has really done it with this one. Affordable and reliable.

The CDJ 850 is an awesome player! I upgraded from a small $90 Numark controller and this is a lot to take in. One CDJ alone is bigger than my entire old set up. I use Virtual DJ and I was worried about compatability but you just plug in the USB cord, press "PC" and it's ready to go.
