Samsung Galaxy A22 Dual SIM 5G (6GB RAM, 128GB, Mint) - BRAND NEW review

Australian model of the A22 doesn't have NFC. This is cleverly omitted by Samsung and you don't realise until you try to enable it that you can't.

Samsung Galaxy A22 5G 128GB Grey PH-SAM-A22-5G-128-GR review

Samsung Galaxy A22 5G is a good looking phone with long battery life, support for a number of 5G bands and offers decent performance in terms of multi-tasking. However, at a starting price of Rs 19,999, the smartphone faces tough competition from many lower-priced phones from rival brands as well as...

Good looking phone, Long battery life, Decent performance

Samsung Galaxy A22 review

Slightly better cameras but otherwise, not much of an update - buy the iPhone 14 Pro or switch to Android instead

Better low-light photography, Slightly longer battery life, Action mode gives super stabilised video

The same performance as the iPhone 13, No Dynamic Island or Always-On display, 60Hz screen

Samsung Galaxy A22 review

The Samsung Galaxy A22 5G is a predictably solid affordable phone with a strong main camera and exemplary stamina, though its performance and display leave a little to be desired.

Solidly built, Decent main camera, Strong stamina, You want a phone that can last days, not hours : If you’re not too heavy with your usage, you’ll be able to clear a full two days in between charges.

Mediocre LCD tech, Poor performance, Hefty build, You shoot a lot of selfies : Samsung’s 8MP selfie camera isn’t very good, and can show up some weird visual effects.

Samsung Galaxy A22 review

The iPhone 14 comes to market with the same launch price as the previous generation. At the same time, iPhone connoisseurs were more than disillusioned after the presentation of the new smartphone. Apple leaves large parts of the hardware unchanged and does not dare to change the design.

Top performance level despite last year's chip, Very high quality workmanship, Improved image and video quality, Excellent battery life

Hardly any innovations, Charging takes too long for 2022

Samsung Galaxy A22 review

A slight camera upgrade, new emergency features, and... not a whole lot else

Better selfie camera, Good battery life, Crash detection and satellite SOS are neat

It’s more like an iPhone 13S, Display is still 60Hz, eSIM transition will be easy for most but painful for some

Samsung Galaxy A22 review

It’s a great handset, but the improvements are so iterative that most of you will hardly notice what’s new.

Action mode offers truly superb video stabilization. eSIM makes it easy to switch phones (with other iPhones). Satellite SOS and Crash Detection add peace of mind.

Many of the specs remain the same as on the iPhone 13. Small battery gains. Photonic Engine isn’t as revolutionary as suggested.

Samsung Galaxy A22 5G 128GB Grey PH-SAM-A22-5G-128-GR review

While the Samsung Galaxy A22 5G was able to convince us overall, the 4G version of the smartphones presents a different picture: You are getting a smartphone here that simply isn't able to keep up with similarly priced competitors in some areas.

90-Hz display, more than 60 fps while gaming is possible, no throttling, good battery life, decent locating accuracy, camera with OIS and macro lens

charging takes a long time, fairly strong heat development, no 5G, dark screen..., ... with a low resolution, mediocre voice quality, slow storage, no aptX with Bluetooth, mediocre signal strength in mobile communication

Samsung Galaxy A22 5G (128GB, Grey) Australian Stock - Excellent review

The Apple iPhone 14 is no match for the just-released iPhone 14 Pro, but if you ignore that, it’s one of the most effective phones around.

Great cameras, front and back, Fast performance, Good battery life, Innovative safety features

Design too familiar, Some average features
