Samsung Galaxy A35 review: a Samsung Galaxy S24 for the rest of us
The Samsung Galaxy A35 exceeds its price tag with a great-looking display, impressive gaming performance and highly customizable software. The phone exhibits its mid-range status almost everywhere else, but it still justifies itself as a commendable, low-cost Galaxy S24 alternative.- Good-looking display, Valiant chipset, Handy software tricks
- Slow charging, Unimpressive cameras, Unresponsive fingerprint scanner
Samsung Galaxy A35 5G review
The Samsung Galaxy A35 5G offers some of the Samsung flagship experience at a much more affordable price point. The main and selfie cameras are fantastic, the display and speakers are impressive and the battery will outlast most.- Long software support, Good main and selfie cameras, High quality display, Great battery life
- Plasticky Construction, Sluggish at times
Samsung’s Galaxy A35 Is a Fine $400 Android Phone—Nothing More, Nothing Less
Sitting in between the Pixel 8A and the latest Moto G Power, Samsung’s midrange smartphone struggles to stand out.- Nice, bright screen with a 120-Hz refresh rate. Solid cameras. Decent performance. IP67 water resistance. Four Android OS upgrades and five years of security updates. MicroSD card slot to expand storage.
- OK battery life. Performance could be a bit smoother. No wireless charging. Bland, boring design.
I reviewed Samsung’s $400 budget phone, and I’m impressed
“The Samsung Galaxy A35 delivers great value with its decent performance, up-to-date software, fun main camera, and chunky modern look.”- Light and comfortable to hold, IP67 rating makes it durable, Main camera takes fun photos, Long software update commitment
- Battery doesn't last two days, No wireless or fast charging
Samsung Galaxy A35 5G (Review Samsung Galaxy A35 5G)
A highly competent midrange Galaxy phone- Bright, fast screen, Quality photos and videos, Expandable storage, Sleek, sturdy build, Several years of software updates
- No mmWave 5G, Gaming performance could be better, Unremarkable battery life
Samsung Galaxy A35 5G
It doesn’t look or feel particularly exciting, but the Samsung Galaxy A35 5G is one of the most balanced phones available for less than £350. Acceptable performance, a decent main camera, solid build quality, and strong stamina make it a safe bet within its class.- Solid build quality, Decent main camera, Strong battery life
- Screen not the brightest, Secondary cameras not great, Design rather bulky
Samsung Galaxy A35 5G review: all the phone you need
One of the best mid-range phones on the market, the Samsung Galaxy A35 has everything you need at a reasonable price.- Excellent AMOLED display, Good performance at a cheaper price, Decent cameras
- Slippery design, Low-light photography is inconsistent
Samsung Galaxy A35 Review: New Quality Level Unlocked
Samsung made a modest investment in 2024, purchasing a plane ticket to Turkey and giving its most affordable mid-range smartphone, the Galaxy A35, a facelift. The device now looks almost indistinguishable from its higher-end siblings. However, the hardware has seen little to no improvement.- Stylish and above all high-quality new look, Solid performance in everyday use and in mobile games, Useful cameras, Up to five years of security updates, Water and dust-proof
- Slow quick charging, No wireless charging, Cameras not well coordinated
Samsung Galaxy A35 Review – Great Budget All-Rounder Smartphone
The Samsung Galaxy A35 is a midrange phone that offers good bang for the buck. The modest price tag nets you a well rounded smartphone that features a quality 120Hz Super AMOLED display, decent performance for general use, stereo speakers, better security via Samsung Knox Vault and good battery...- Enhanced security with Samsung Knox Vault, Vibrant Super AMOLED display, MicroSD card slot to expand storage, Stereo speakers, IP67 dust and water resistance, Improved 50MP camera with OIS, 4 years OS and 5 years security updates
- Extra accessories would have been nice, No DeX mode
