It's probably a long time since you owned a phone as chunky as this, so it will take a bit of getting used to. Because of its size, it feels like a step backwards in terms of design, but if it means you don't need to take a camera everywhere you go, perhaps that's not such a problem.

We know that the smartphone has eaten the compact camera's lunch, but Samsung thinks it still has one or two tricks up its capacious sleeves before the plates and cutlery are finally cleared away.

The camera is FANTASTIC, on paper 20mp and 10x optical zoom makes an average stand alone camera, but combined with the Android OS and Samsung software it easily replaces my fancy Sony Cybershot camera.

What an awesome phone! I previously had a Samsung Note 2, which has a bigger screen than the K Zoom. I love this phone, because I normally carry a separate camera with me on walks. I hike a lot!
