Samsung Galaxy S20+ Cloud Blue 128GB 5G SM-G986BLBDNZO review
The S20+ is an across the board flagship, and while its design lacks a bit of va va voom and the zoom isn’t S20 Ultra good, as a package, it strikes a brilliant balance.- Gorgeous screen
- Versatile flagship camera
- Nippy performance
- Gets a bit warm
- Less zoom than the Ultra
- Design is a bit vanilla
Samsung Galaxy S20+ review
We didn’t miss the S20 Ultra’s 100x Space Zoom or extra heft when reviewing the S20+. In fact, between its lither, more comfortable to manage design, better battery life and improved stability across the UI and camera, the S20 Plus is our big-screened S20 champ. Competition is stiff this year, with Apple upping its game in the 11 Pro, and Oppo recently releasing a very premium alternative with its sights set on the S20-series, but Samsung has just done enough to make it to the top shelf.- Gorgeous screen

Samsung Galaxy S20+ Cloud Blue 128GB 5G SM-G986BLBDNZO review
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus is the higher variant of the standard Galaxy S20 . Like it sibling, the S20 Plus has a 4G and 5G variant. But unlike the S20 that has just 6.2-inches display, the S20 Plus comes in a larger 6.7 inches display, has a 1440 x 3200 QHD+ resolution with above 90%...
Samsung Galaxy S20+ Cloud Blue 128GB 5G SM-G986BLBDNZO review
The S20+ is 'just right'- 120Hz display
- Quick and powerful
- Reliable battery
- Quite expensive
- Camera not the best on the market
- Removed headphone jack
Samsung Galaxy S20+ Cosmic Grey 128GB 5G SM-G986BZADNZO review
Samsung’s 2020 range of Galaxy S flagship series includes Galaxy S20, S20+ and S20 Ultra. These three flagship phones from Samsung catering to three different price points showcase the raw power of hardware backed by good software features.- 8K camera, Great display, Powerful processor
Samsung Galaxy S20+ Cloud Blue 128GB 5G SM-G986BLBDNZO review
The Galaxy S20 Plus is an excellent Android smartphone that ticks all the right boxes. Were it not for its cumbersome Android skin it would likely be the smartphone to buy right now.- Cool design
- Great screen
- Nippy performance
- Decent battery
- Ugly skin
- 8K video recording is pointless
Samsung Galaxy S20+ Cloud Blue 128GB 5G SM-G986BLBDNZO review
Samsung has been making great phones for a long time and the Galaxy S20+ follows along where you expect it to go. The affordability of the Galaxy S20 might attract some, but for many, the S20+ is going to be a great flagship experience.- Great display
- Good battery life
- Great cameras - and versatile
- Lots of power
- Good speaker quality
- Fingerprint scanner isn't great
- Price inflated by 5G-only option
- Agressive blur and shallow depth of field from camera
Samsung Galaxy S20+ Cloud Blue 128GB 5G SM-G986BLBDNZO review
With this intermediate model, Samsung has struck the perfect balance and hit the proverbial bull's-eye as a sweet spot in its flagship range. Admittedly, my fellow colleague David considers that the basic Samsung Galaxy S20 as THE model to choose from among this last range of flagships.- Versatile and powerful cameras
- Sublime display
- Good performance
- Slim and ergonomic design
- Somewhat middling battery life
- Slowdown and overheating occurs when gaming play
- No major difference from the basic Galaxy S20
Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus review
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus is a nearly-perfect smartphone that connects to more 5G networks and has better cameras than ever, though you’ll be paying for the privilege, as this is the priciest Plus smartphone yet. If you don’t mind ho-hum design, the phone handles anything you throw at it, and should last you years - especially assuming 5G networks stay compatible with the S20 Plus as they build out.- Powerful yet sleek
- Much-improved zoom
- More 5G connectivity
- Ever-higher price
- Improvements are mostly iterative
- No more 3.5mm headphone jack
