Samsung Galaxy S24 review: small sensation
While the Samsung Galaxy S24 isn't a major update over its predecessor, all things considered it's a better-looking handset thanks to decreased screen bezel and a marginally larger resulting screen.- Updated design means less screen bezel for this generation, Ideal for those seeking a small Android flagship, Minor battery life increase, Price drop year-on-year
- Charging remains slower than the competition, No camera hardware updates this generation, Skips the S24 Ultra's titanium finish, Battery life remains so-so
Samsung Galaxy S24 review
The hardware upgrades may be minor, but the Samsung S24 does just enough to retain its spot as one of the best compact flagships on the market. It’s an excellent phone, though the incremental nature of this update makes it hard to get too excited about.- Compact and lightweight, New Galaxy AI features, Plenty powerful, Solid camera system
- Very similar to the S23, Limited storage options, Relatively slow charging
Samsung Galaxy S24 5G (8GB RAM, 512GB, Cobalt Violet) - Brand New review
Both the Samsung Galaxy S24 and the S24+ sit underneath the flagship Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra in the company’s line-up. While the Ultra is quite probably the best smartphone for photographers – it has a couple of major downsides.
Samsung Galaxy S24 5G (8GB RAM, 512GB, Marble Grey) - Brand New review
The Samsung Galaxy S24 is a good all-round Android phone. I love the small size, it has a good screen, and it performs admirably. It’s a shame then that Galaxy AI needs time to develop and the lack of camera advances halts this from being the compact superstar it really should be.- One of a few powerful, small Android phones, Pricing makes more sense than the Plus, Some clever AI features
- The camera should have been overhauled, Areas like battery life and charging lack notable upgrades
Samsung Galaxy S24 5G (8GB RAM, 512GB, Onyx Black) - Brand New review
I began my review of the S24 and S24+ with low expectations. After all, they weren't very different (visibly) than their predecessors. But as I spent more time with these devices, their minimalist design and slick UX grew on me.
Samsung Galaxy S24 (Review Samsung Galaxy S24)
Powerful and pocketable- Compact, premium build, Flagship performance, Useful AI features, Seven-year software support commitment
- Limited RAM and storage offerings, Can get warm while gaming
Samsung Galaxy S24 review: Unsurprisingly great
The Samsung Galaxy S24 builds on what has always been great about the Samsung Galaxy S series in some meaningful ways.- Great design, Good-looking screen, Excellent camera, Top-tier performance, Long-lasting battery
- Some higher-tech competition
Samsung Galaxy S24 review: All-in on AI
Samsung has successfully presented its new flagship trio in the form of the three Samsung Galaxy S24 smartphones . This year, the Galaxy Unpacked event focused in particular on Galaxy AI—in other words, artificial intelligence.- Powerful AI functions, Outstanding display, Compact and good feel, Commendable update policy, Performance is absolutely okay
- No camera upgrade, 128 GB UFS 3.1 memory, Larger battery, shorter runtime, Charging not up to date
Samsung Galaxy S24 review - the Galaxy's pocket powerhouse
The Samsung Galaxy S24 is a great choice for Android fans, with exceptional battery life, top-notch performance, and a sleek design that can stand up to some abuse. It’s got almost enough features to be called Ultra, instead packed into a smaller phone that’s easy to pocket and use one-handed.- Compact design with Ultra powerful processor, Sharp and bright display, Seven years of Android updates and security patches
- Samsung’s software is too complicated, Not as many cool social features as the iPhone 15, Galaxy AI is a mix of cool and useless new tools
Samsung Galaxy S24 5G (8GB RAM, 512GB, Onyx Black) - Brand New review
“Don't let its small size fool you — the Samsung Galaxy S24 is one of the most powerful small phones available in 2024.”- Small and compact design, The flat edges are great, Beautiful and bright display, Long lasting battery life, Powerful performance, Improved color balance in photos, Useful Galaxy AI features
- Matte glass feels slippery, No big camera upgrades, Only 25W wired charging
