I really like this Dashcam except its an old stock that is why I returned it. Make sure you get the version 2.0 ant not version 1.4

Good in all aspects except for the wifi connectivity and the app. Whenever the wifi is used to retrieve the videos, the device stuck in wifi mode. You cannot even hard reset. It just stuck in that state. Once the capacitor drains, it switches off and then you can use it back to record the videos.
Bought 4 of these for myself & the family cars. The fitting that comes with it kept falling off the glass setting my car alarm off, so bought the separate window suction fitting for it.
good quality recording; good value for money
self adhesive pads
With accidents a constant in Malaysia, having a dashboard camera can be handy. Interestingly enough, Transcend has a few in its product stable, one being the DrivePro 200. Transcend's car video recorder was a square black box that comes with a F/2.0 wide angle lens at the front.
Free microSD card; Wide angle lens
No alternate charging method
Preview screen and ease of use
Very poor image quality - can't see number plates at any normal distance which for insurance claim purposes renders it pretty useless; Interpolated image and weird sharpen / saturation filter tries desperately to cover up the low quality
Make sure that you position this in the correct place before attaching to the windscreen because once it is stuck there it cannot be moved. Stores files in 3 minute segments which helps for finding pictures if you are searching for anything.
