New iPad 3 review
The new iPad 3 is an improved version of the best tablet on the market, which makes the new iPad our number 1 slate by default. We'll see more true quadcore tablets from Apple's rivals before 2013, and they might boast some snazzier features too, but what they won't have is the might of the App...
Pros:
- Stunning screen
- Best app and AV stores
- Superb interface
Cons:
- Not a huge leap from iPad 2
- Camera still awkward to use

With its Retina Display, 1080p video and quad-core graphics, the new iPad – or iPad 3, whatever you want to call it – is without a doubt the best tablet you can buy

- Battery keeps going for the long haul
- Feels powerful
- despite underwhelming specs
Cons:
- Slightly bigger and heavier than iPad 2

Apple new iPad review
Although LTE of little use in the UK for now, the Retina display still makes the new iPad a highly desirable tablet, though it may a short while for apps and web sites to fully exploit it.

The new iPad is faster, has a better screen, better camera and now displays movies and records in full HD. To some it might not be an essential upgrade from the iPad 2, but one look at its gorgeous Retina Display will change your mind.
Pros:
- The new iPad's Retina Display is far ahead of any tablet out there
- When it was launched, Apple claimed that text is sharper to read than on a newspaper
- It's hard to disagree
- Not a single pixel appears out of place.
Cons:
- The new iPad is around a millimetre thicker than the iPad 2, and 50g heavier
- In the grand scheme of things though, this makes little difference
- Slightly more pressing is that Apple is still offering the same 16GB, 32GB and 64GB models, As apps become optimised for use on Apple's Retina Display, so...

Apple iPad (3rd Gen, 2012) 64 GB
Apple iPad, Act 3. Stripped of its model number, Apple's newest tablet raises several questions, especially, what exactly the point is.
Pros:
- Retina display stands head and shoulders above the rest for onscreen image quality
- Astounding resolution for unrivalled viewing comfort
- Good 4G/3G+ connectivity and network speed
- Rich iOS ecosystem
- Battery life
Cons:
- Memory can't be expanded
- Proprietary port / Closed ecosystem may put some users off
- No 128 GB model
- 'Good' graphics processing still to be confirmed in practice
- Not all content is adapted to the ultra-high screen resolution

Apple New iPad
launches: hilarious, aren't they? The whole world (it can seem) works itself into a tizzy about when they're going to be and what's going to be unveiled.Jumping from the iPad 2's 1024x768 screen to one with a stupendously large 2048x1536 resolution makes a huge difference to just about everything...
Pros:
- Truly stunning screen
- exceptionally user-friendly
- excellent audio
- unbeatable selection of apps
- movies and music
- flawless build quality
Cons:
- A touch heavier and thicker than iPad 2
- charging takes ages
- more internal storage would be nice

Editor's Review of the iPad 3
Apple's third iPad is the most impressive yet, boasting a Retina Display, A5X processor and an upgraded 5 megapixel iSight camera

The last iPad with the BIG connector.
This iPad is great. I am using it right this second while I type this review up to substitute for my phone (motorola droid razr). I tend to use my phone to tether from but it bounces back and forth between 3G service and 4g service sometimes. I love the hotspot feature on the iPad.

The iPad 3 is by no means going to replace your compact, and although image quality was admirable, the tablet's large size makes it a little impractical to use as an everyday photographic tool.
