Upgraded from a normal sized iPhone 12, and its very much just a larger sized version of the previous phone. No faster, doesnt feel like the screen is any better. I find bluetooth is still lacking with its connectivity and options setttings.

Slightly better cameras but otherwise, not much of an update - buy the iPhone 14 Pro or switch to Android instead
Better low-light photography, Slightly longer battery life, Action mode gives super stabilised video
The same performance as the iPhone 13, No Dynamic Island or Always-On display, 60Hz screen
The iPhone 14 comes to market with the same launch price as the previous generation. At the same time, iPhone connoisseurs were more than disillusioned after the presentation of the new smartphone. Apple leaves large parts of the hardware unchanged and does not dare to change the design.
Top performance level despite last year's chip, Very high quality workmanship, Improved image and video quality, Excellent battery life
Hardly any innovations, Charging takes too long for 2022
It’s a great handset, but the improvements are so iterative that most of you will hardly notice what’s new.
Action mode offers truly superb video stabilization. eSIM makes it easy to switch phones (with other iPhones). Satellite SOS and Crash Detection add peace of mind.
Many of the specs remain the same as on the iPhone 13. Small battery gains. Photonic Engine isn’t as revolutionary as suggested.
Outstanding battery life; Great performance; Superb dual cameras; Top build quality;
60Hz display; Slow charging; No RAW photo shooting;
Clever safery features; Very good battery life; Reliable camera; Fun colours;
Stuck on a 60Hz display; Minimal differences to the iPhone 13;
“It’s just another iPhone.” That’s how I’ve heard a lot of people refer to the iPhone 14 — and for good reason. Compared to last year’s model, the iPhone 14 is a very familiar smartphone. It has the same design, screen, chipset, and a very similar camera system. But here’s the thing. Those similarities shouldn’t come as a disappointment. The iPhone 14 takes a very strong foundation, keeps what works, and adds a few subtle improvements that make it a better overall handset. It’s far from the year’s most invigorating or jaw-dropping release, but if what you’re in the market for is “just another iPhone,” the iPhone 14 makes a great case for itself. If you’re more interested in Apple’s higher-end models, see our iPhone 14 Pro review and iPhone 14 Pro Max review. This welcome familiarity is seen immediately with the iPhone 14’s design. The iPhone 14 still has a 6.1-inch display with a notch, Apple’s Ceramic Shield covering that display, and an aerospace-grade aluminum frame. You’re also tre...
Comfortable, high-end build; OLED screen looks fantastic; A15 chip performs great; Good camera upgrades; Dependable battery life; Helpful safety features;
60Hz display; No telephoto camera; eSIM might be a pain for some;
