Asus TUF Z390-PLUS Gaming
Asus' TUF-branded components are designed for extra durability – and they're also put together with entry-level builders in mind, which means features that should support easy construction and compatibility with other components.
Pros:
- Solid durability in key components
- Reasonable basic specification
- Affordable
Cons:
- Poor benchmark performance in most tests
- Rival boards have better features

Asus TUF Z390-PLUS Gaming Review
The Asus TUF Z390-Plus Gaming has good durability and a solid basic specification, but rivals that don’t cost much more tend to offer just as much here – and, in some cases, better connectivity and on-board slots and sockets.
Pros:
- Solid durability in key components
- Reasonable basic specification
- Affordable
Cons:
- Poor benchmark performance in most tests
- Rival boards have better features

ASUS TUF Z390-PLUS GAMING ATX Form, For Intel 8th/9th Gen LGA1151, Z390 chipset, 4x DDR4 - 4266Mhz, 2x M.2 USB3.1 Gen2 HDMI DP
Bought this to take an i5 9600k, and it's a great match. The board is solid, and the BIOS UI is reasonably user-friendly. The board is well-made and doesn't feel brittle like some others. I've bought Asus boards for a while as they've always been good, and this one is no exception
