I found it a bit difficult to learn how to use it With a bit more examination of the user's manual that I printted out I anticipate that it will meet my needs
"BEWARE. This product does not work as advertized. Performance is unusualy slow and the device is generally unreliable. Not a device you want to trust your precious DATA on. Until Western Digital resolves these issues or recalls the product I would recommend looking at an alternate solution.

WD is in the process of phasing out WD2go. But WD2go users can update to the free My Cloud app. The good news is that the My Cloud app is backward-compatible with My Book Live and older products. WD2go isn't completely gone, however.
