I am a Xiaomi lover, most of the things I buy are made by them, this watch however did not live up to my expectations. The design is great in my opinion as I have square watches. But there are a lot of software issues. For example update 1.2.52 failed to install about 10 times and I still cannot get it to install. The connection between the watch and the app sometimes fail, you would see the data on the watch but on the app it will say there is no data. The sleep tracking app failed to register naps and only works at night sleep. No NFC is the watch is big draw back to me too. I'd knew it was like this I would have bought a Hawaii instead

Hi I've been using this product for the past 3 weeks and it is hands down great value for money. I really enjoy the high and look and design. The fixed buttons make it easy navigate. The screen is super bright and the choice of screen's extensive. There is a good amount of information that can be accessed straight from the watch. I am a little disappointed with the features of the app which would be great if they good interrogate workout more thoroughly. Overall really happy with my choice

I was looking for a affordable watch that I could use for my sports tracking and this is great. It records HR and GPS and will upload activities to Strava, everything I wanted. As a bonus the Alexa integration works great and it is a awesome looking watch. I did side by side comparisons with my phone and a Bluetooth HR and the results where almost identical.

Recommended. Was looking for a watch with Oxygen sensor, as well as all the health and fitness outputs. Easy to setup, only problem was it took about 30 attemps to get the watch and my phone to pair. Doesn't ask for a lot of personal details like Huawei. Very satisfied, am buying a second watch for my wife.
