iPhone 13 review: Apple's new iPhone isn't radically different, but that's part of its charm
Apple delivers a delightful upgrade in its new iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini. The iPhone 13 and 13 Mini received a number of significant upgrades including new cameras, a bigger battery, more storage and a brighter screen. The iPhone 13 is a delightful upgrade to last year's already wonderful iPhone 12 family. Some will be disappointed because it's not radically different from previous models, but that's actually part of the charm. Familiarity has been one of the keys to Apple's success with the iPhone, and the iPhone 13 and 13 Mini are those same reliable friends that seemingly never change.- New cameras
- Cinematic mode
- iOS 15
- Still wish the notch was smaller
Apple iPhone 13 128GB - (Product) Red MLPJ3X/A review
“The iPhone 13 continues to be Apple's mainstay model, offering most of the value of the Pro at a lower price.”

- No ProMotion
- No optical zoom
iPhone 13 review
A 60Hz display is the only thing really stopping the iPhone 13 from being the most competitive phone on the market. It improves on its predecessor and otherwise outperforms rivals deftly.- Best-in-class performance
- Beautiful design & finish
- Impressive battery life
- Capable cameras
- Smaller notch doesn't add much
- No telephoto camera
- 60Hz display is dated
- Slow charging
iPhone 13 review: The best keeps getting better
Aside from a couple of small omissions, the iPhone 13 is a fantastic device that puts most of the competition to shame. Thanks to some welcome improvements to the camera and battery, plus the larger 128GB base storage, it no longer feels like as much of a step down from the Pro and Pro Max.- Improved camera, Cinematic mode is incredible, Great battery life, Larger 128GB base model storage
- Only 60Hz screen, Faster charging would be nice

Apple iPhone 13 (Review Apple iPhone 13)
It's all about the battery- Long battery life, Fast, smooth performance, Camera makes it easy for anyone to take good photos
- Not much of an upgrade over the iPhone 12
Apple iPhone 13 review
In my opinion, the iPhone 13 is a bigger update to the series than the iPhone 12 was. The iPhone 12 represented a major design update, and one that I’m glad has stuck around. But the iPhone 13 offers improvements where it really counts — the battery, and the camera.- Great camera, Excellent performance, Design is excellent, Better battery
- No ProMotion display
